Introducing The Iranian Caviar
Pure Breed You will have almost always heard of Beluga Caviar, as it’s the one everyone talked about in the 70’s and 80’s! However an important point to remember, is that Beluga Caviar or Sevruga Caviar, as a name or in fact any other type of Royal, Imperial Caviar, are almost all marketing names and designed to entice you to purchase.
Sadly, is that resellers are calling lesser quality caviar produce by the names of the old traditional caviar common names such as Beluga, Oscietra and Sevruga. The only way to make sure of the content is by the CITES codes printed on the containers.
The Huso Huso Sturgeon (HUS) from the Caspian Sea is commonly known as Beluga or the Great Beluga Sturgeon
The Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii (GUE) commonly known as Osetra, Diamond,…
The Acipenser Stellatus (STE) commonly known as the Sevruga, Star Sturgeon
These are the genuine indigenous Caviar from the Caspian Sea of which we are proud to provide to our clientele.
We only provide Caviar from a Pure Breed Sturgeon of which it is not a hybrid. (Hybrid Sturgeon is a mix of two different species of sturgeon family for higher quantity production and faster maturity)
